Cheerio to Tommy

In the morning we shuttle ourselves bank to the airport and say our good byes to Tommy who is heading for the US via Port Hardy.  We are off the Campbell River.  Again the weather is pretty back and we wait for an hour before departing.  The weather does not improve, so again we scud run int down to Campbell River.

Luckily the weather does improve enroute and near Port Hardy we say our final good byes to Tommy over the radio and head further south.    Near Campbell river we fly low, very low.  Just before entry to Campbell River I spot some towers and realize that these have some wire between them, I am probably low enough to fly below them but I hastily climb over the towers any way.

Our destination in Campbell River is E&B helicopters which is a small heliport filled with Bell 206's and 407's, it is a really neat place.

On landing we clean up the helicopter ready for David Crosses inspection and I make my way to Painters Lodge.
